Summary

Après l’alinéa 11, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Tout arrêté de fermeture administrative, initiale ou de prolongation, prononcé par le représentant de l’État dans le département ou, à Paris, par le préfet de police ou le cas échéant par le ministre de l’intérieur, fait l’objet d’une validation par le juge administratif, dans un délai de 15 jours, à peine de de nullité. « Le juge administratif veille notamment à la proportionnalité de la mesure et au respect des droits et libertés fondamentaux de la partie mise en cause, en prenant en considération son éventuelle bonne foi. »
