Après la deuxième phrase de l’alinéa 5, insérer la phrase suivante : « Lors de l’enregistrement de sa demande, l’étranger pourra émettre un choix de région dont l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration pourra tenir compte en fonction des disponibilités et du schéma prévu au premier alinéa. L’étranger devra motiver son choix. »
