Summary

I. – Substituer à l’alinéa 2 les deux alinéas suivants : « « Lorsque les faits sont commis sur la personne d’un mineur de quinze ans, la présomption de non-consentement est systématique. « « Tout acte de pénétration sexuelle commis sur un mineur de moins de 15 ans est un viol. Cet acte ne peut en aucun cas être déqualifié en délit ou atteinte sexuelle. » » II. En conséquence, à l’alinéa 1, substituer aux mots : « un alinéa ainsi rédigé » les mots : « deux alinéas ainsi rédigés ».
