Summary

I. – Avant l’alinéa 1, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « L’article 36 du Règlement est ainsi modifié : « 1° Le sixième alinéa est complété par les mots : « droit commercial ; » « 2° Le dix-huitième alinéa est ainsi modifié : « a)  Le mot : « , commercial » est supprimé ; ». » II. – En conséquence, au début de l’alinéa 1, substituer aux mots : « Au dix‑huitième alinéa de l’article 36 du Règlement, » la mention : «  b)  ».
