Summary

I. – L’article L. 181‑9 du code de l’environnement est complété un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Pour toute demande d’autorisation environnementale, l’administration chargée de l’instruction de la demande, remet au demandeur un délai prévisionnel d’instruction. » II. – Les modalités du présent article sont fixées par décret. III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
