Summary

I. – L’article L. 421‑75 du code des impositions sur les biens et services est ainsi modifié : a ) À la première ligne du tableau du deuxième alinéa, l’année : « 2026 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2027 » ; b ) À la première ligne du tableau du troisième alinéa, les mots : « et 2025 » sont remplacés par les mots : « , 2025 et 2026 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
