Summary

I. – La section V du chapitre II bis du titre IV de la première partie du livre I er du code général des impôts est complétée par un article ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 976 bis. – Sont exonérés les espaces naturels. » ; II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État résultant de l’instauration de ces exonérations est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
