Summary

I. – L’article 975 du code général des impôts est complété par un VII ainsi rédigé : « VII. – Sont également exonérés les immeubles classés ou inscrits au titre des monuments historiques ouverts au public dans les conditions déterminées par l’arrêté prévu par l’article 41 I du code général des impôts. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe prévue à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts.
