ARTICLE ADDITIONNEL APRÈS L'ARTICLE X, insérer l'article suivant : I. A l’alinéa A. 2° de l’article 278-0 bis du Code général des impôts, il est inséré un g ainsi rédigé : « g) les produits électriques et électroniques reconditionnés ». II. Les pertes de recettes qui pourraient résulter pour l’État de l’application du présent amendement sont compensées à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575A du code général des impôts.
