Summary

L’article L. 1411‑11‑1 du code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase du premier alinéa, les mots : « constitué autour de médecins généralistes de premier recours » sont remplacés par les mots : « pouvant recevoir le patient en accès direct » ; 2° Le deuxième alinéa est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Le médecin traitant est tenu informé tout au long de la prise en charge du patient par les professionnels cités ci-dessus. » ; 3° À l’avant dernier alinéa, après le mot : « générale, », sont insérés les mots : « d’un infirmier exerçant ou non en pratique avancée, ».
