Summary

Après l’article L. 350‑3 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 350‑4 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 350‑4. – Le fait d’enfreindre l’obligation de déclaration prévue à l’article L. 350‑3 du code de l’environnement est puni de six mois d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende. « Le fait de mettre en œuvre un projet sans avoir obtenu l’autorisation prévue au même article L. 350‑3 ou sans se conformer aux prescriptions de cette autorisation est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 100 000 euros d’amende. »
