Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 2, supprimer les mots : « soit comme auteur, coauteur ou complice d’une agression sexuelle incestueuse ou d’un crime commis sur la personne de son enfant, soit ». II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Se voit retirer totalement l’autorité parentale, par une décision expresse du jugement pénal, le parent qui est condamné comme auteur, coauteur ou complice d’une agression sexuelle incestueuse ou d’un crime commis sur la personne de son enfant , sauf décision contraire spécialement motivée de la juridiction. »
