Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 111‑19 du code de l’urbanisme, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La construction ou la rénovation de toute nouvelle aire de stationnement annexe à une surface de vente de plus de 400 mètres carrés, nouvelle ou préexistante, font l’objet d’une étude préalable qui identifie l’impact sur l’artificialisation des sols, et propose le cas échéant des solutions permettant de garantir la perméabilité ou de limiter autant que possible l’imperméabilisation des sols concernés. »
