L’article L. 341‑5 du code forestier est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsqu’elle vise à étendre l’urbanisation, l’autorisation de défrichement mentionnée au premier alinéa n’est délivrée par la collectivité publique qu’à condition que le projet pour lequel le défrichement est sollicité ne puisse pas être réalisé sur un terrain déjà artificialisé. »
