Après l’article L. 241‑1 du code de l’énergie, est inséré un article L. 241‑1-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 241‑1-1.  – Les installations de chauffage de bâtiments non résidentiels sont éteints ou leur température est réduite selon des critères déterminés par décret au plus tard une heure après la fin de l’occupation de ces locaux et sont rallumés au plus tôt une heure avant le début de l’activité. »
