Après le troisième alinéa de l’article 114 du code de procédure pénale, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Après chaque interrogatoire, confrontation et reconstitution, après qu’elle en a été informée verbalement, une copie du procès-verbal est immédiatement délivrée par tout moyen à la personne entendue. »
