Summary

Après le 2° du IV de l’article L. 5211‑28 du code général des collectivités territoriales, il est inséré un 2°  bis  ainsi rédigé : « 2°  bis  Par dérogation aux dispositions du 2° , les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre ne peuvent percevoir, en 2023 et en 2024, une attribution par habitant inférieure à la dotation par habitant perçue l’année précédente. »
