Summary

Après l’article 227‑7 du code pénal, il est inséré un article 227‑7‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 227‑7‑1 . – Par dérogation à l’article 227‑7, le parent titulaire de l’autorité parentale peut refuser de présenter son enfant mineur à l’autre parent titulaire de l’autorité parentale lorsque ce dernier est poursuivi ou condamné, même non définitivement, pour une agression sexuelle incestueuse ou un crime commis sur la personne de cet enfant jusqu’à la décision expresse du jugement ou de l’arrêt pénal. »
