I. – Les associations à but non lucratif qui emploient au moins un salarié sont exonérées de la taxe prévue à l’article 231 du code général des impôts pour les rémunérations dues pour la période courant à compter du 1 er janvier 2020 II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
