Summary

I. - Compléter l’article 10 par l’alinéa suivant :  « VI - Au plus tard le 1 er juillet 2022, il est interdit d’envoyer par voie postale un ou plusieurs objets à titre gratuit, sans demande expresse du destinataire ou en dehors d’une relation contractuelle préétablie entre l’expéditeur et le destinataire. » II. - En conséquence, à l’alinéa 1, substituer aux mots : « ainsi rédigé » les mots : « et VI ainsi rédigés ».
