L’article L.O. 131 du code électoral est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « II. – Nul ne peut être élu s’il ne justifie avoir satisfait à ses obligations de contribuable par la présentation d’une attestation délivrée par l’administration fiscale constatant qu’il satisfait, à cette date, aux obligations de déclaration et de paiement des impôts dont il est redevable. »
