Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « I bis . – Un pharmacien ne peut être obligé de délivrer une préparation létale. Le pharmacien qui souhaite préparer ou délivrer une préparation létale pour une personne en fin de vie qui demande à mourir le fait volontairement. Il s’inscrit sur un registre public dédié à cet effet. Les modalités d’application du présent alinéa sont définies par décret. »
