I. – À la première phrase de l’alinéa 13, après le mot : « article », insérer les mots : « et les personnes mentionnées au a et au b du 1° du II du présent article se prononcent ». II. – En conséquence, à la seconde phrase du même alinéa 13, substituer aux mots : « Il notifie », le mot : « Ils notifient ». III. – En conséquence, à la la même seconde phrase dudit alinéa 13, substituer aux mots : « sa décision » les mots : « leur décision collégiale ». IV. – En conséquence, au début de la dernière phrase du même alinéa 13, substituer aux mots : « Il en informe » les mots : « Ils en informent ».
