Compléter l’alinéa 4 par les deux phrases suivantes : « Les établissements publics fonciers locaux mentionnés à l’article L. 324‑1 du code de l’urbanisme recensent les friches urbaines existantes. Le règlement prévu à la section 4 du chapitre I er du titre V du livre I er du code de l’urbanisme identifie et délimite les friches urbaines qui peuvent être mobilisées pour l’urbanisation. »
