Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 17 : « 1° ter A À l’article L. 6355‑17 du code du travail, le mot : « sanctions » est remplacé par les mot : « modalités, leurs sanctions, la situation de l’organisme au regard de l’habilitation accordée par le ministère ou de l’organisme certificateur en vue de préparer à l’acquisition d’une certification professionnelle, d’une certification ou d’une habilitation et d’évaluer les candidats inscrits aux sessions d’examen conduisant à leur obtention » ; ».
