I. – À l’alinéa 14, après la mention : « II. – », sont insérées les deux phrases suivantes : « Les personnels enseignants, enseignants-chercheurs et chercheurs ayant la qualité de fonctionnaire et relevant du titre V du livre IX du code de l’éducation bénéficient a minima d’une retraite comparable à celle en vigueur à la date de l’entrée en vigueur du présent projet de loi. Un décret un conseil d’État en détermine les modalités de mise en œuvre. » II. – En conséquence, au même alinéa, supprimer les mots : « , dans le cadre d’une loi de programmation, ».
