Summary

I. – Supprimer l’alinéa 5. II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 9, après le mot : « textile », insérer les mots : « et tout ustensile de cuisine ». III. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa 9, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le présent II n’est pas applicable aux produits textiles et aux ustensiles de cuisine dès lors que ceux-ci font l’objet de restrictions ou d’interdictions des substances per- et polyfluoroalylées différentes, en vigueur ou prévues, énoncées en application de réglementations européennes. »
