Après l’article 10 de la loi n° 2009‑1436 du 24 novembre 2009 pénitentiaire, il est inséré un article 10‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 10‑1 . – Les étrangers condamnés à une peine d’emprisonnement sont transférés dans leur pays d’origine en vue d’y effectuer leur peine de prison. »
