Summary
Après l’alinéa 10, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Art. L. 6316‑3 (nouveau) . – Un cadre éthique est défini pour les actes relevant des télésoins définis à l’article L. 6316‑2 afin de garantir la qualité et la sécurité du service prodigué aux usagers de santé. Ce cadre est applicable à tous les acteurs et actes au plus tard au 1 er janvier 2020. Les modalités d’application du cadre éthique sont précisées par voie réglementaire. »
