L’article L. 4623‑10 du code du travail, dans sa rédaction résultant de l’article 23 de la présente loi, est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le licenciement d’un infirmier de santé au travail ne peut intervenir qu’après autorisation de l’inspecteur du travail dont dépend le service de santé au travail, après avis du médecin inspecteur du travail. »
