Après l’article L. 302‑6 du code de la construction et de l’habitation, il est inséré un article L. 302‑6‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art .  L. 302‑6‑1. – Chaque nouveau logement locatif social au sens de l’article L. 302‑5 est compté pour un logement, à l’exception des logements financés par un prêt locatif aidé d’intégration pour lesquels 1,2 logement est comptabilisé, et des logements financés par un prêt locatif intermédiaire pour lesquels 0,5 logement est comptabilisé. »
