I. – Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : «  Art. 72‑6 . – Les dispositions législatives et réglementaires particulières aux territoires réintégrés à la France par le traité de paix conclu à Versailles le 28 juin 1919 peuvent être maintenues en vigueur, et aménagées dès lors que leur champ d’application n’est pas élargi. « Les conditions d’application du présent article sont prévues par la loi organique. » II. – En conséquence, après le mot : « Constitution, » rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 1 : « sont insérés des articles 72‑5 et 72‑6 ainsi rédigés : ».
