I. – À l’alinéa 1, substituer au montant : « 43 211 649 565 € » le montant : « 43 216 649 565 € » II. – En conséquence, à la huitième ligne de la seconde colonne du tableau de l’alinéa 2, substituer au montant : « 57 471 037 » le montant : « 62 471 037 ». III. – En conséquence, à la dernière ligne de la même colonne du même tableau de l’alinéa 2, substituer au montant : « 43 211 649 565 » le montant : « 43 216 649 565 ». IV. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
