I. - À l’alinéa 21, après les mots : « 265 octies A », insérer les mots : « , 265 octies AA ». II. - Après l’alinéa 22, insérer l’alinéa suivant : «   Art. 265  octies  AA. –  Le tarif de la taxe intérieure de consommation applicable au gazole utilisé comme carburant dans des opérations qui concourent aux missions définies aux articles L. 2212‑1, L. 2212‑2 et L. 3221‑4 du code général des collectivités territoriales dans les massifs mentionnés à l’article 5 de la loi n° 85‑30 du 9 janvier 1985 relative au développement et à la protection de la montagne est fixé à 18,82 euros par hectolitre. »
