Summary

I. – Le code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° La section V du chapitre II bis du titre IV de la première partie du livre Ier est complétée par un article 976 bis ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 976  bis. – Est exonéré le foncier non bâti. » ; 2° Au premier alinéa de l’article 979, après le mot : « que », insérer les mots : « des revenus fonciers ruraux et ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État résultant de l’instauration de ces exonérations est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
