Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « II bis . – La taxe mentionnée au I ne s’applique qu’à compter du 1 er janvier 2021 pour les contrats conclus par les entreprises relevant de la Convention collective nationale des hôtels, cafés restaurants (HCR) du 30 avril 1997 en application du 4° de l’article D. 1242‑1 du code du travail. »
