Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 4, substituer aux mots : « accéder à l’aide à mourir en fait la demande, par écrit ou, lorsqu’elle n’est pas en mesure de le faire, par tout autre mode d’expression adapté à ses capacités, à un médecin en activité » les mots : « bénéficier de l’euthanasie ou du suicide assisté en fait la demande écrite au médecin devant un officier d’état civil ». II. – En conséquence, supprimer l’alinéa 5.
