L’article 421‑2‑5 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, les mots : « cinq ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 € » » sont remplacés par les mots : « sept ans d’emprisonnement et 100 000 euros » ; 2° Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : « sept ans d’emprisonnement et à 100 000 € » sont remplacés par les mots : « dix ans d’emprisonnement et 150 000 euros ».
