Summary

I. – Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 45 B du livre des procédures fiscales est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Lors de cette intervention, ces agents sont tenus d’engager avec l’entreprise un débat oral et contradictoire, à peine de nullité de la procédure. ». II. – Le I s’applique aux procédures de contrôle engagées à compter du 1 er  janvier 2019.
