Summary
Après l’article L. 1110‑1‑1 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 1110‑1‑2 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 1110‑1‑2 . – Les professionnels de santé et du secteur médico-social reçoivent, au cours de leur formation initiale et continue, une formation spécifique concernant les dispositifs de couverture santé et les conditions financières associées, la prise en charge des personnes en situation de précarité et les personnes en situation d’addictions. « Un décret précise les modalités d’application du présent article pour chaque formation initiale et continue des professionnels de santé et du secteur médico-social. »
