Summary

I. – Au  a  de l’article L. 138‑2 du code de la sécurité sociale, le taux : « 1,75 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 1,3 % ». II. – La perte de recettes pour les organismes de sécurité sociale est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
