Summary

Après l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 313‑20 du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsqu’un étranger bénéficiaire de la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention « passeport talent » souhaite développer un projet économique innovant à l’issue et en lien avec ses travaux de recherches, il bénéficie, après reconnaissance de son projet par un organisme public, d’un renouvellement de cette carte de séjour pour une durée maximale de quatre ans. »
