I. – Après le mot : « heures », supprimer la fin de la deuxième phrase de l’alinéa 5. II. – En conséquence, après la même phrase, insérer la phrase suivante : « Dans le cas de doute sur l’illicéité du contenu notifié, et après saisine du juge judiciaire, ils informent le notifiant et l’utilisateur à l’origine de la publication du contenu notifié, de la décision du juge judiciaire. »
