L’article 222‑22 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : 1° Le premier alinéa est complété par les mots : « , ou à la faveur d’un environnement coercitif » ; 2° Après le même alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Constitue également une agression sexuelle toute atteinte sexuelle commise sur une personne se trouvant en état de sidération ou hors d’état d’exprimer son consentement. »
