Summary

L’article 222‑23 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, les mots : « ou surprise » sont remplacés par les mots : « , surprise ou à la faveur d’un environnement coercitif » ; 2° Après le même alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Constitue également un viol tout acte de pénétration sexuelle, de quelque nature qu’il soit, commis sur la personne d’autrui se trouvant en état de sidération ou hors d’état d’exprimer son consentement. »
