Après l’alinéa 12, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « V bis . – Les jeux à objets numériques monétisables ayant pour supports des compétitions ou manifestations sportives ne peuvent être proposés que sous réserve de respecter le droit d’exploitation prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 333‑1 du code du sport et donc qu’avec l’accord des organisateurs de compétitions ou manifestations sportives concernées. »
