Summary

I. – L’article L. 222‑2 du code de l’environnement est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le président du conseil régional remet tous les deux ans au représentant de l’État dans la région un rapport sur la mise en œuvre du programme régional pour l’efficacité énergétique. Ce rapport doit comprendre le nombre de rénovations effectuées sur le territoire sur la période donnée en précisant le nombre de rénovations complètes et globales. II. – Les modalités d’application du I sont fixées par décret. »
