Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 2, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : «  aa) Le I est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Au sein du conseil territorial de santé, est constitué un comité territorial des élus, composé des représentants des élus des collectivités territoriales siégeant au conseil territorial de santé. ». II. – En conséquence, compléter l’alinéa 8 par la phrase suivante : « Le comité territorial des élus et la formation spécifique dédiée à l’expression des usagers sont consultés avant l’élaboration des projets territoriaux de santé, dans des conditions définies par décret ».
