Après l’alinéa 1, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° A (nouveau)  L’article L. 3121‑49 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les salariés qui exercent une activité bénévole en tant que dirigeants associatifs bénéficient, à leur demande, d’un aménagement horaire individualisé pour pouvoir honorer leurs obligations associatives sans préjudice pour l’employeur. Cet aménagement d’horaires leur permet de s’adapter aux aléas de la vie associative tout en rattrapant les heures libérées en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise. »
