Summary

Substituer à l’alinéa 54 les deux alinéas suivants : «  Art. L. 541‑10‑3‑1‑1.  – Les éco-organismes contribuent à la prévention des déchets réalisée par des associations à caractère social mentionnées à l’article 238 bis du code général des impôts. « Les éco-organismes s’acquittent de cette obligation en contribuant financièrement au Fonds pour le réemploi solidaire défini à l’article L. 541‑10‑3‑2 à hauteur d’un pourcentage, fixé par décret, d’au moins 5 % des contributions financières mentionnées à l’article L. 541‑10‑2 qu’ils perçoivent. »
